A biodegradable surfactant made from coconut fatty alcohols and glucose. Supplied as an aqueous solution, it serves as a primary or secondary surfactant to improve foam quality and reduce irritation in rinse-off products. Compatible with anionic and nonionic systems, and strongly synergistic with amphoterics (e.g., CAPB) for higher viscosity and creamier foam. Cold-processable, tolerates a wide final-product pH range (typically adjusted to pH 4.5–6.5 for skin), and suitable for clear cleansers. Note: the raw material is alkaline; adjust the finished pH and include an appropriate preservation system.

● Facial/body wash and shower gel: 3–20% (as part of the surfactant system)
● Shampoos/2-in-1 products: 4–15%
● Foaming hand soap: 5–15%
● Ultra-gentle/baby cleansers: 3–10%
